ANPA Helping Babies Survive is a suite of evidence-based, hands-on training programs developed to reduce neonatal mortality in resource-limited environments. Together, the HBS programs ensure that birth attendants have the necessary skills and competencies to provide high-quality care to newborns after birth.ANPA provides this skills-based "train the trainer" module of facilitator training to eligible candidates to provide the skills, tools, and resources to assist providers of Newborn Care toward improving neonatal survival.

Project ECHO was founded at the University of New Mexico in 2003 to address disparities in hepatitis C care across the state’s rural and remote communities. Backed by a rigorous evaluation, published by the New England Journal of Medicine in 2011, universities and medical centers around the world have adopted the ECHO Model for their own local challenges.The result has been the advancement of life-changing learning at a profound rate.ECHO has been used to improve healthcare outcomes in countless disease areas, from diabetes and bone health to rheumatology and perinatal health.Today, we are improving the well-being of people in nearly every country. Governments and public health systems in India and other nations have adopted the ECHO Model to address critical public health challenges.In Africa, we continue to expand and hone treatment for a variety of conditions, including HIV and TB; globally, our programs are responding to community-specific health needs, such as revolutionizing cancer care in rural and vulnerable areas and combating the spread of COVID-19 in nursing homes.Our global footprint is growing at an unprecedented pace, empowering people to save and improve lives everywhere.
